Nina Albert (née Hirsch) has been with PINOVA since 2016. After three years as a Partner, she now supports PINOVA’s investments as Director Value Creation & ESG in the development and implementation of the Value Roadmap and is responsible for PINOVA’s ESG activities.
Previously, Nina worked for ten years at ProSiebenSat.1 Group, most recently as Managing Director and CFO of the Red Arrow Entertainment division, which bundles the activities of the Group’s German and international TV production companies. During this time, she managed the due diligence for numerous M&A transactions and was responsible for the integration of the portfolio companies and portfolio management.
Before joining ProSiebenSat.1 Group, Nina worked in a team with the other PINOVA partners at 3i Germany for three years, during which time she accompanied investments in various industries. Nina studied International Business Administration (Dipl.-Betriebsw. (FH)) at Munich Business School.
