PINOVA Capital invests in VTI Ventil Technik GmbH
Funds advised by PINOVA Capital GmbH (“PINOVA”) together with NRW.BANK, acquired the shares in VTI Ventil Technik GmbH (“VTI”) from Dutch Aalberts N.V. (“Aalberts”), an AMX-listed industrial technology company.
Headquartered in Menden, Germany, VTI is a globally leading manufacturer of valves and regulators in the high-pressure segment. Complying with highest certification standards, VTI is one of the few suppliers worldwide that offers deep application expertise in mission-critical environments with the ability to tailor specific customer needs. Over the past years, VTI developed new state-of-the-art products and continued to expand its geographical footprint.
“We are very pleased to have found in PINOVA an experienced partner that fully supports our ambitious growth plans within and outside Europe” emphasizes Lutz Lohmann, managing director of VTI, who will invest together with his management team alongside PINOVA.
