What you can expect from us
From day one, you will be closely supervised by a team member and receive the most important tools with our structured onboarding. You will quickly become part of the investment team, get to know exciting companies and analyze them together as a team.
As an integral part of this team, you will be closely involved in the most important steps:
- Discussions with experts and consultants to better understand the technology, the market and the competition
- Discussion with the company's top management, ideally with an on-site visit
- Joint development of the investment hypotheses, the financial model and the presentation for our investors
You will benefit from flat hierarchies, the knowledge of your colleagues and plenty of scope for ideas, giving you the chance to take on responsibility from day 1.
In addition to new projects, you will also be involved in the strategic development of a company from our portfolio. You will get to know the challenges of a medium-sized Industrial Tech company and experience what entrepreneurship is all about in practice.

- A strong passion for entrepreneurship and Industrial Tech and an eagerness to dive into new, exciting topics independently
- An advanced degree (at least a Bachelor's degree) with excellent performance in the subject areas of economics or STEM
- First work experience as well as enjoyment and empathy in dealing with diverse people
