Norafin’s products mainly serve industrial markets, such as filtration, protective clothing, and special applications. Other customers include the medical, automotive, and construction industries. In addition, Norafin is an innovative solution provider and the European pioneer in spun lace production; it also operates a needlepunch production line.
PINOVA acquired the company jointly with the Norafin management team in April 2012.
In March 2016, PINOVA sold its majority shareholding to a consortium of Maxburg Capital and VR Equitypartner GmbH.
